Creatists Branding - Need Feedback

Creatists is a website/small design team I am currently building. We are a diverse group of graphic and web designers and we're basically creators and artists, thus the name "Creatists".

I'd really like some feedback on this logo design. Does is say "Creatists" well? What are your suggestions?
